DESCRIPTION:I have a great privilidge to run a series of workshops with Drew Lawson www.drewlawson.co an intimacy & relationship coach\, psychosomatic bodyworker\, a specialist in psychosexual somatics and yoga & meditation teacher in the idyllic oasis of Dahab\, Egypt this July.  \nHow deep you go isn’t important\, how long you hold your breath isn’t important\, this is entirely about how you meet yourself in these places\, and how you can bring these revealed jewels of self enquiry back into your daily life. \nFreediving is a direct and elegant solo practice that calls us to meet ourselves in the most intimate places of our minds and bodies.
